Carclin Polish & Dry
Carclin Polish & Dry is a highly concentrated and water-repellent solution for fast drying in the carwash and truck wash.
Carclin Polish & Dry ensures fast and efficient drying in wash arcs and washing installations. The carefully composed formula is based on a combination of surface-active substances and water-repellent substances. Water droplets immediately slip away from the surface.
With Carclin Polish & Dry you achieve fast drying of cars and trucks. At the same time, there will be a protective layer on the surface that guarantees a gleaming result when used in installations with a single finishing phase and installations with a short washing programme.
In installations with two finishing phases, you can first use Carclin Polish & Dry and then Carclin Polish. This provides a double wax treatment resulting in a spectacular shine.
This product is free of phosphates, EDTA, hydrocarbons, mineral oils, and silicon.

- Carclin Dry & Polish is a strongly concentrated product that is effective at a very low dosage (set to 0.03%). The dosage depends on the water quality (high hardness requires a higher dosages) and the time between washing and drying.
- Dilute Carclin Polish & Dry 15% to 20% with use in wash arcs or mobile installations (between 1.5 and 2 litres of product with 8 to 8.5 litres of water) and set the metering pump to a concentration 0.2-0.5%.
- Usually the solution is prepared, after which the pumps start at 50% of their capacity and the dosage is then adjusted based on the obtained results.
- In installations with a longer wash programme, the required dosage is usually between 10 and 15%.
- It is preferred to work with a dilution (not the undiluted product) and to increase the amount of water to achieve an optimal result.
