Carclin Tank Polysolve

Carclin Tank Polysolve is an alkaline detergent for the removal of latex, resin, polyols and dried-on polymer dispersions from tanks.  

Carclin Tank Polysolve is primarily intended for the effective removal of polymers. The agent has excellent penetration and is easy to apply and rinse off. While at the same time the product does not affect surfaces and alloys.

Carclin Tank Polysolve does not contain any colourants or fragrances. It does not lead to a deterioration in the wastewater. In addition, it is phosphate-, EDTA- and NTA-free. Suitable for soft water.

Extra information

  • Recirculation method: with this cleaning method, you apply a certain amount of chemicals to the water in a separate tank beforehand.
  • You wash the tanks via a cargo pump, after which you return the used solution to the mixing tank.
  • Depending on the degree of dirt, let the product circulate for 1 to 3 hours at a constant temperature of 80 to 85 degrees Celsius at a dilution of 50%.
  • After the circulation period, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Injection method: with this method of cleaning, you inject a dosage of approximately 5% into the tank wash system, at a temperature of 80 to 95 degrees Celsius. Rinse with high-pressure water.

Instructions
